Since January 1, 2005, every food service operation has been required to have at least one person certified in food safety on their staff.
Between the Buns' trainers have certified over one thousand individuals to be "Certified Professional Food Managers."
The Buns' trainers have
been certified by Prometric Licensing and Examination Services to train and administer the classes to satisfy this criteria at a cost that is affordable. Certification by Between the Buns and Prometric will satisfy local Board of Health requirements for having a Certified Foodhandler on your staff.

Our one day training includes everything -
The class is designed to cover the materials needed to pass the exam in the afternoon. Exam & class are on the same day. Lunch and beverages are included.
The class will only take one day, however it will be rather intense to cover all the materials needed to pass the certification. Attendees will have to pick up their textbook ahead of time and read in advance to enable passing the exam*.
To register* for the class, come by BTB, llc with cash or check. At this time, we are unable to accept credit or debit cards. This way you can register and pick up the textbook to study.
BTB, llc is located at 3417 Lincolnway East, Mishawaka, IN 46544 which is the tan building immediately East (right next door) to Curve Cafe on Lincolnway in the Twin Branch area.
